Precision Machining. Custom Solutions. Real Parts.

CNC routing and machining for custom components, prototypes, cabinetry, one-off projects and production work.

JEB Woodworking combines digital design with in-house CNC manufacturing to produce accurate, repeatable parts for homeowners, businesses, trades and specialist applications.

Whether you already have finished drawings or just an idea that needs developing, we can help turn it into a practical, manufacturable solution.

CNC Without the Standard Limitations

From One-off Parts to Production Runs.

Not every project needs thousands of identical components.

Our CNC capability allows us to take on one-off work, prototypes, custom components and repeat production, depending on what the project actually requires.

That could mean machining a single replacement part, manufacturing a cabinet kit, developing a prototype, producing repeat components or creating something completely unique.

If you have a problem that can be solved through precision machining, send it through.

What We Can Machine

From File to Finished Component

Digital Design Meets Practical Manufacturing.

CNC machining is only part of the process.

A successful component also needs to consider how it will be assembled, what material it will be made from, tolerances, hardware, tool access and how the finished part will actually be used.

JEB Woodworking can work from supplied files or help develop the design into something ready for manufacture.

From Idea to Machined Part

01 — Your Requirements

Send us your drawing, dimensions, DXF, CAD file, PDF, sketch, photo or sample part, or simply explain what you need made.

02 — Design & File Preparation

We review the part, dimensions, material, machining requirements and intended use, then prepare or refine the design for CNC manufacture where required.

03 — Machining

The components are CNC-machined in our Central Coast workshop using the appropriate cutting, drilling and machining operations for the project.

04 — Finishing & Checking

Parts are checked and, where required, cleaned up, prepared, assembled or further finished depending on the job.

05 — Collection, Delivery or Next Stage

Completed components can move on to assembly, joinery or fitout work, or be supplied as finished machined parts depending on the project.

More Than Just Cutting Shapes

CNC Can Be Part of a Complete Solution.

Because JEB Woodworking also provides custom joinery, fitouts, 3D printing and bespoke manufacturing, CNC machining can form part of a much larger project.

A single job might combine:

  • CNC-routed components
  • Custom cabinetry
  • 3D printed parts
  • Timber components
  • Drilling and hardware preparation
  • Prototype development
  • Assembly
  • Fitout work
  • Custom jigs or fixtures

That gives us greater flexibility when a project needs several different manufacturing methods.
