Custom Solutions. Built from Experience.
JEB Woodworking is a Central Coast-based custom design and manufacturing workshop specialising in joinery, fitouts, CNC routing and machining and custom timber work.
What started with a focus on handcrafted timber projects has grown into a broader manufacturing business capable of taking an idea from concept through to design, machining, fabrication, assembly and installation.
Today, JEB works with homeowners, businesses, trades and specialist clients on projects ranging from small one-off components to complete custom builds.
More Than a Woodworking Shop
The name may be JEB Woodworking, but the work now extends well beyond traditional woodworking.
Our capabilities include:
- Custom joinery
- Fitouts
- CNC routing and machining
- 3D printing
- Custom timber work
- Design and project development
- Prototype development
- Custom components
- Small production runs
- Installation
- One-off problem solving

Many projects combine several of these capabilities.
A fitout may require CNC-machined cabinetry components. A timber project may involve digital design and CNC machining. A prototype may start as a CAD model and finish as a combination of print, machined and assembled parts.
The focus is on finding the right way to make the project work.
The JEB Approach
Start with the Problem. Build the Solution.
Not every customer arrives with finished drawings.
Some come to us with a CAD file ready to manufacture.
Others have a photograph, a rough sketch, an existing part, an awkward space or simply an idea they haven't been able to buy anywhere else.
That's fine.
We work through the requirements, understand what the finished result needs to achieve and develop a practical way to make it.
That might involve:
- Refining an existing design
- Developing a concept from scratch
- Selecting suitable materials
- Solving space or storage problems
- Prototyping a component
- Combining multiple manufacturing processes
- Improving an idea before manufacture
The end goal is always the same: a solution that works in the real world.
