Custom timber work gives us the freedom to develop each piece around what you actually want.

The size of the job doesn't determine whether it can be custom.

A small timber product might require detailed engraving, unusual dimensions or personalised features.

A large furniture project may require design development, CNC machining, specialist joinery, hardware and substantial material selection.

JEB Woodworking can adapt the manufacturing process around the individual project, rather than forcing every piece through the same system.

Send us your dimensions, drawings, inspiration photos or sketches, or simply explain what you'd like us to make.

02 — Design & Development

We work through the size, function, materials, construction and design details required for the project.

03 — Material Selection

Timber, sheet materials, hardware and finishes are selected around the desired appearance, durability, application and budget.

04 — Manufacture & Assembly

The project is machined, fabricated and assembled in our Central Coast workshop using the manufacturing methods best suited to the job.

05 — Finishing & Completion

The finished piece is prepared, checked and completed, ready for collection, delivery or installation where applicable.
